Good Vibes Juice Press Release

The "One Day" Cleanse Offered At Either Location.

Good Vibes Juice; a name that carries more than just a product, but also a lifestyle. Sitting in their cafe, one can’t help but feel the energy radiating in all directions. A sense of peace and tranquility in every juice. From the swelling, seascape mural to the aged-pallet furniture, the trio of juicers have created more than a product: they’ve created a better way of life.

Taylor, Nathan, both Florida natives, and Kathleen, have been steadfast friends for many years. During Nathan’s move to California, where he met his now wife, Kathleen. Shortly after, Taylor was able to pull the two back from one sunny coast to another. With extensive planning and an already deep knowledge of both the juice and health industries, Good Vibes Juice Co. was born.

Now you might be asking yourself: what is a cold-pressed juice? Well, you know how cooking your vegetables eventually kills all of the nutrients? This does the opposite. By way of hydraulic pressing and pressurized extraction, cold-pressing is able to obtain the most nutrient dense form of juice. By removing oxygen, heat, and pulp, one is ultimately left with the purest form of juice. The crew will be happy to tell you: drinking one of these juices is like eating a table’s worth of produce. And they aren’t kidding. Going into the shop, there’s a large, glass window. A fish tank sits in front of it, but you’ll be welcomed around the corner where you can see the crew going through what looks like a field of fruits and veggies for their various juices. Most of which arrived there only a few days before

The "Sunrise" Juice in 8 and 16oz bottles

Facts wise, there’s a lot these juices have going for them. For one, they’re completely organic and non-gmo. Good Vibes stands behind a healthy lifestyle for not just the body, but the earth around us. Using organic produce means no harmful pesticides, which can cause serious health problems down the road. It also guarantees the freshest possible product, with absolutely no harm caused to our planet by sourcing them. GMO’s, which alter the basic structures of produce’s molecules, overly extend their shelf life past what it should be. This creates a false idea of produce’s natural lifespan from plant to plate. As with everything else, Good Vibes wishes to educate us on this to better understand what we’re putting into our bodies. Another pro is that each of their 17oz bottles of juice contain equivalently eight salads worth of produce, roughly five pounds a serving, give or take. Lastly, with the exception of honey used in their bowls, everything is 100% vegan. The focus for this is an ethical practice: treat the planet well, and all the beings that reside on it. Much of what they serve, including the whole coconuts (an entertaining way to stay hydrated) are sourced from Florida when possible to ensure local support.

Community is a huge part of what makes Good Vibes such a thriving and successful business. In less than a year, the team went from the original three owners to a swelling staff of twelve, many of which were friends and customers that believed in the message that Good Vibes stands for: seeing their community at their healthiest, at their very best. They’ve seen first hand, just how tremendous an affect their juice can have and wanted to be a part of it. The community company has grown with has seen dramatic weight loss, higher amounts of energy, illnesses healed, even hangovers cured. So it’s no small surprise to hear that when they first opened a year ago, they sold 150 bottles a week. As of July of this year, they’ve officially multiplied that number by 100, selling over 1500 bottles a week.

Going to local markets such as the Pierce Street Market in Coachman Park, one can easily spot the juice tent at the heart of the event. The company even offers a delivery service from St. Pete to Tarpon Springs for those wishing to buy in bulk for cleanses or a healthy kick to their week. The owners and staff also extensively research health and nutrition to bring the community the most up to date knowledge available. From the restorative effects of activated charcoal and coconut water to the immense healing properties of turmeric root, one can always learn something new while picking up a juice from the shop. And for a real immunity booster, they offer a variety of “shots” ranging from ginger to live algae that can vastly improve the body’s overall state with a nutrient packed list of health properties.

An Average Block of Recycled Waste - Google Photos

Good Vibes holds true to their eco-friendly methods, opting for glass bottles instead of plastic. Though significantly less cost-effective, glass bottles are incredibly eco-centric in both design and sustainability. Offering a recycle program, Good Vibes will give customers a discount off every bottle they bring in towards a juice. With a thorough sanitization process, these bottles are brought back into the fold for another round of juices. Good Vibes also recycles 99% of their waste. Even the pulp discarded from the process is used in local gardens as compost.

With a one-year anniversary coming up August 22nd, Good Vibes is finally ready to expand their own community. Right in the heart of beautiful downtown Dunedin, the second shop for the juice company will be found. Shooting for a late fall, 2016 opening date, the location makes sense as many of their customers (as well as some employees) live in the area, so by year’s end, Good Vibes will have two great spots to bring the both their eco-friendly lifestyle and juice, to the people.

This press-release was drafted for a juice company based in Dunedin, FL.
